Customer Service Coordinator position is part of the management unit . Together with the Branch Manager and Deputy Branch Manager I supported quantitative and qualitative objectives , good organization of team and Branch . I am concerned about developing client portfolio, increasing Branch profitability , improving audit reports .

- knows and promotes all bank products and services , saving, lending and operations with or without cash; - sends complete credit files , according to the regulations in force , after the transfer of the amount of credit granted in the customer's account ; - is responsible for carrying on products Retail sales budgets and any budgets set by Bank management ; - attracts new customers and keeps existing ones ; informs customers about bank products and services ;
