• Applying & following up on items seasonality & prices change. • Managing Sale & promotion. • Creating damaged items POs on system on the dates agreed with the supplier and managing the destruction of items when needed. • Ensuring to receive & validate the suppliers’ credit notes and record them on system. • Weekly validation of transfers & other transactions. • Monitors the Automation of e-files importing. • Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports for shops, management & suppliers.

• Leading Cycle Counts with Inventory control team – designed a VBA program to accelerate & facilitate cycle counts and provide accurate results. • Monitoring all shortages & gains for the main customer storing in Agility and providing periodic reports about the pure shortage/pure gain for the period. • Writing VBA programs to facilitate excel work to be performed by other employees in Agility. • Preparing fixed & customized reports to be sent to upper management in Agility and to the customers.

Responsible for all system transactions & Data manipulation using Excel for Landmark Project at Agility Egypt

• Unloading goods, checking, segregating by SKU & batch and receiving them by RF. • Put-away received items on RF to take a location on Exceed. • Moving goods using RF when needed. • Picking customers’ orders and prepare them for shipping. • Loading trucks by shipment orders requested by the customer. • Proper usage of MHE (Material Handling Equipment) to perform the above tasks. • Physical checking for system locations in cycle counts and wall to walls.
