- Statistical analysis of Polychlorosilane (PCS) production (speciality chemical) from the plasma process - Optimise the plasma process and for sustainable PCS production - Improving the process efficiency; FMEA; - Generating breakdown reports and analysing the shortcomings connected with the process - Did experiments on new R&D projects (Synthesis of calcium cyanamide using plasma fluidized bed reactor)

- Correlating the surface and bulk effects using XPS, FTIR, ESR, UV-Vis, DSC, DRS and Micro- tensile methods. - Experience with polymer testing using different analytical techniques - Plasma weathering of polymers and surface modification by NO/Br gas - Comparing the effects of UV radiation and relative humidity - Mechanical properties using micro-tensile strength - The results of this work has been submitted as PhD thesis to TU Berlin in December 2012

Carbon nanotube coating on Copper/Tin substrates and analyzing the conducting properties of the material

-In plasma sterilization project, scores of microbes was sterilized using Ar/O2 and N2/NO plasma. -PECVD (barrier layers/plasma polymers using HMDSO) on Silicon wafers and polymers, analysing the layer thickness and its properties -In the project “Easy-to-clean” surfaces and studying Lotus effect on the stainless steel surface by Sol-gel coating -Experience in OES, LIF, Ellipsometry, Contact angle, Mass spectrometry and AFM -Experience with Design of Experiments (DoE), communicating results etc.,

-Editing language and style of the scientific journals published by leading publishers such as Elsevier, Nature, and Emerald -Appraising the external customers about the progress -Liaising with colleagues to reduce turn around time (TAT) of the given tasks
