Managing a team (26 persons) which are responsible for the complete financial administration of the Province Overijssel. This includes the day to day administration aswell as the planning and control cyclus. Other functions which are included in my team are IT of the SAP system, treasury and internal audit.

The function includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple engagements and are involved with legal, regulatory, and accounting issues that arise during the audit engagement. Seniors have responsibility for the supervision of staff and management of services to clients, selecting staff and assigning workloads, and financial reporting. Providing leadership in the timely delivery of quality services that aim to exceed the expectations of clients.

As facilitator, I provide several courses to colleagues. These courses are focused on auditing and Deloitte in general.

Coordinator of external advisory teams for students who study young entrepreneurship, Christelijke Hogeschool Windesheim, Zwolle.

Writing my final internship about how future ING plans will effect the employees. Besides writing the internship i was able to get work experience on different areas in banking and assurance.

Extra focus: Banking & Insurance
