Responsibilities in this role included: • Manage customer relationship with past and future donors. • In charge selling and marketing of products.

Managed inventory of diamonds and jewelry including tracking sells and new purchases. Import and export of diamonds and jewelry. Development of global and domestic customer relation to drive and increase sells/purchases. Office management- worked directly with the company accountant, banks, freight delivery, suppliers, and customers, preparation of payments, cash management, and money transfers with domestic and global banks. In charge of monitoring trade receivables, invoices and handling payments.

• Customer Manger in the field of foreign trade, import and export of diamonds, including due diligence, financing, credit monitoring, transfer of funds and handling of checks. • Providing services to key account VIP customers of the branch both on the telephone and frontal. • Training of new employees.

• Check in agent for Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines. BMI and LOT Polish airways airliners. • During my line of job, I used the software Pictures, Front Check and GUI.
