- Working with Clients to analize, determine the scope and complete all formalities; - Preparing specifcations and User Interface mockups for mobile and web applications; - Planning, estimating and managing projects using Agile and SCRUM methodology; - Working with teams to prepare proof of concepts and design UX and UI of applications; - Preparing presentation for Clients, training Develepment Teams to improve the quality; - Preparing fnal documentations and reports with project results for Customers;

- Complete the PO IG 8.1 project and implementation portals with 1 miltion zloty funding; - Protype, design and test new web applications for Customers; - Plan and expecute user testing sessions with partners and Customers - Redesign company brand in 2012 (logos, communications, personas, websites of the group); - Design and implement R&D web application for growth and increase competitiveness;

- Managing the team of 25 Analysts and fnancial robot programmers; - Opening and maintaining the company’s branch in Warsaw for Dutch Investor; - Realization of KPI and care for the realization of the tasks of workers; - Daily contact support with Headquarter in Montreal and Rotterdam; - Staff recruitment and scaling the team in two locations;
