Leading several legacy projects, with direct experience in managing all aspects of the automation software and hardware project life cycles. This has involved proposals, front end concept and scheme design studies, detailed designs, main project execution, project documentation, internal, factory and site acceptance testing. Responsible for timely delivery of the projects meeting quality FDA regulated standards, reporting projects statuses to organization leaders.

Industrial postdoctoral researcher in international project focused on the topic of microscale complex fluid flows and interfacial phenomena in biological analysis platforms. Responsible for co-supervising entry level colleagues, analysis and understanding of phenomena leading to improvement of product quality. Successfully collaborated with network partners both in industry (Ascomp GmbH, CH) and academia (University Laugbourough, UK) to complete the project in less than dedicated time.
