GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Manage projects related to SAP SRM application Coordinate Key Users Coordinate SRM Team activities Support global Data Management activities Support and coordinate development and deployment of SAP SRM -> Project Management: -> Application Support -> Business Processes: -> ITIL process in Service Now Office location: Yazaki Romania - Ploiesti

- SM Application support * Help Desk 1st and 2nd Level - on all applications and SAP LO/MM modules * Continuous Improvement for SM Applications * Support the development for new applications - Achieve and monitor process/data compliance * Monitor and follow up interface error reports with external customer to improve data quality * Support the Master Data Management for SAP in terms of migration and roll out projects * Support Master Data processes such as registration and cleansing *SAP SRM

-Responsible for tracking raw materials coverage according to the forecast, for placing raw materials orders to the suppliers and for delivery in due time. -Analyzes and processes MRP results. -Prepares, issues and process raw materials orders based on MRP results.

-Monitories and respond for all deliveries to OEM and inter- company raw materials deliveries. -Maintaining and checking data accuracy into the system ( SAP – FG stock ). -Responsible for the deliveries orders, respects the deliveries conditions and elaborates the delivery documents -Introducing in SAP transfer orders and sales orders FG and raw materials

Testing the auto wire harness from electrical point of view.

-Trainings -Invoicing -Stocks responsible
