Manage India Operations for eDiscovery Project Management and Productions team, where I am charged with the daily coordination of projects, priorities and managing resources within Document Operations. Help Clients in the new matter setup over Relativity, Viewpoint, Brainspace, and Omnix. Prepare the Matter specific questionnaire depicting on Request intake, Processing specifications, hosting, Preservation and Production in Relativity and Viewpoint environment. Providing Review Support.

Worked on initial stages of eDiscovery Reference Model such as Data Governance, collection and preservation etc.. Conducted elicitation activities, interviewed end users to understand the requirement and existing business processes. Engage with Vendors such as IBM and Opentext for the Project work. Prepared UAT and conducted the same. Prepared Incident Management Plan for the Post Go-live of the Project. Coordinate with eDiscovery Vendors for the Data Collection as well as Tool development as per the need.
