As an Enterprise Support Assistant at WebSurfer Nepal, I provided dedicated technical support for enterprise clients, specializing in network connectivity, hardware troubleshooting, and system monitoring. This role served as my introduction to enterprise IT environments, where I developed foundational skills in customer service, incident management, and technical documentation. My responsibilities included troubleshooting connectivity problems, configuring network equipment.
