- Managing Michelin warehouse activities (19 000 sq/m): regular stock comparison and its correction; inventory and products control (aged/damaged products monitoring and quantity control), - Activity reports and quality indicators preparation - Managing replenishment processes of Michelin warehouses across the Central and Eastern Europe - Quality control of the contractor’s services - Supervision over stocks and replenishment (flows coherence vs. warehouse capacity).

- Launching Giraud logistics operations in Sosnowiec (providing logistics services for Michelin Poland), - Servicing Michelin products end-customers, daily stock cycle counting, customers returns handling, - Key Account Management (Warsaw): managing strategic client account (Michelin Poland), - Providing assistance with the customer’s claims: preparation of quality and activity reports, - Monthly data consolidation for corporate customer invoices.
