Annual closing process for Argentinean branch, including auditing activities and final Balance Sheet and P&L preparation. Collaboration with USA legal reports preparation. Development of monthly internal reports consolidating USA and Argentina results. Preparation of information for Argentinean taxes and legal presentations.

Facilitate the change within a new company process, business model, function, by assessing and evaluating the change impacts and designing activities to facilitate transition of the impacted populations on all organizational levels. Assists during the preparation and performance of communication activities and training activities related to specific projects. Prepare and delivery training regarding Project Management Methodology. Introduce process improvements and anticipating and detecting project risks.

Inventory valuation, monthly close process, development of financial reports for NYSE and Inventory Management reports. Strong knowledge in cost systems, costing methods, standard cost (gaps between real and standard). P&L Statement analysis. Prepare and participate in quarter close presentation to Senior Executives. SOX compliance.

Balance Sheet and other Financial Reports audit.

Reporting Area: training and development of Legal and Internal reports (Argentine and NYSE). SOX compliance requirements.

Negotiation of tax debt focusing in the most important taxpayers, development and implementation of new practices taxpayers identification and correct determination of contribution, compatible databases research; fiscal advice, development of training activities for internal and external participants.
