The events attract delegates, sponsors and speakers from large organisations. Customer Experience World (CEW) is regarded as the premier event in the industry.

When I joined IIR it was to fulfill a role that was created to develop a sales team tackling sales across the borad of the UK events. I quickly gained momentum and within a year I found myself heading the European sales team. Within the company we were responsible for our own P&L and as such each division/section operated as its own company within the main company.

I started as telesales executive and within the space of 12 months I was promoted to Telesales Manager. Within the following space of 2 years I was made Fields Sales Manager, followed by Director which meant relocating to London and a chance to show exactly what I was capable of. It's an achievement I am incredibly proud of.
