• Supporting Operations Management in delivery station; communication between carrier drivers, customers, dock clerk, crews & security; management of logistics vehicles, safety checks and audits in Warehouse; additional ad-hoc project management; reporting non-compliance; tracking, trending and reporting of departmental metrics, carry out debriefs of all staff and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Providing 1st and 2nd live support, installation and configuration of live taxi dispatch system software, PDAs, GPS tracking devices, smartphone applications, Microsoft SQL servers; technical support and training for new users;, wireless router security maintenance, port forwarding, configuring firewall, TCP/IP security; supervising helpdesk staffs. Repair and replacement of faulty parts of smart phones and computers; customer support over telephone and remote access.

Key responsibilities include: Interview and selection of placement engineers for assigning to international development projects in developing countries; project planning, risk assessment, documenting project proposals, budget allocation and providing logistics for overseas projects; managing communication between stakeholders, partner organisation and engineers across borders and continents. Ensuring company policies and procedures as well as legal requirements (UK and overseas) are adhered to.

Recruiting, training and managing kitchen & shift staffs; ensuring food and drinks are kept in best condition; enforcing health and safety procedures; adhering to budgets, profits and managing cash flow; dealing with difficult customers; adhering to licensing legislation and taking legal responsibility of the premises

Designing, developing and maintaining electrical control systems and products made from upcycled and recycled materials focusing of sustainable energy, safety, reliability and quality; dealing with individual clients and projects throughout concept development, designing, manufacturing, testing and safety check. Specialised in fully custom made chandeliers and electrical appliances; training young learners for creative upcycling product development as a part of community learning project.

• install and configure computer, hardware, operating systems and applications; monitor, diagnose and troubleshoot computer systems and networks; follow diagrams and instruction manuals to repair or replace software/components as required; guide staff or clients through a series of actions to set up systems or resolve issues; prioritise, manage and resolve opened tickets cases; test and evaluate software; conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
