Projects: Detailed design of small capital modification projects. (clients: BASF and Evonik) Main Activities: - Conducted stress analysis on 30+ pipelines using Caesar II, ensuring system reliability for small capital modification projects. - Finalized comprehensive documentation for 12 piping systems, meeting client and regulatory standards. - Performed simplified stress calculations for 50+ pipelines per EN 13480-3 and assessed flange connections for 10 pipelines using TEMES.

Kian Petrochemical The project consists of Olefin, Butadiene and Benzene Extraction units. FEED desighn has been completed by the Linde Group. Main Activities: Led a team of 15 engineers and drafters, delivering detailed piping designs on schedule for over 200 deliverables. Managed the Project Master Document Register (MDR) and timeline, streamlining workflows and recovering delayed schedules. Prepared tender documents and optimized resource allocation, estimating 8,000+ man-hours for piping projects.

Project: Kangan C2 Recovery, Utility & off-site Main Activities: - Control and supervision of pipeline construction progress (weld joint history). - On site material inventory monitoring and management. - Resolved detailed design related discrepancies in construction. - Attended construction coordination meetings with the client and several subcontractors. - Reviewed and approved test packages prepared by contractors.

Projects: C2 Recovery & Fractionation Plant, Detail design (2015-2018) South Pars Gas Refinery, phases 17 & 18, Detail design Main Activities: - Produced functional, time and cost-effective planning, resource allocation. - Coordinated interfaces to other technical departments. - Tracked and controlled project progress and key milestones. - Conducted 3D model review meetings in different stages. - Checked and authorized calculations, load reports, isometrics & piping plans, datasheets.

Main Activities: - Conducted and carried out AG/UG piping design in PDMS. - Developed 3D model of equipment & structure. - Performed stress analysis of piping systems. - Performed stress analysis of jacketed and GRP piping systems. - Prepared load data for design of structures and foundations. - Selected pipe supports for critical & non-critical lines. - Reported nozzle loads & equipment clips to vendors and reviewed vendor documents. - Generated technical datasheet for special components.
