• Providing a project management information system (PMIS) with the help of consultant and PMO members and efforts to support and promote it • Monitoring and evaluating activities, implementing results in softwares and outsourcing future activities • Preparing and developing the performance appraisal indicators • Monitoring and evaluating the municipal programs on the basis of performance indicators • Updating and modifying the time schedule of municipal projects

• Providing project schedule by MS-Project • Updating and modifying the time schedule • Preparing and submitting the required periodic reports (Daily, Weekly and monthly) to superiors • Controlling and monitoring the performance and progress of project • Attending meetings and discussing project details with employers, consultants and stakeholders

• Receiving a request to repair and planning work orders to be done by executive groups, numbering the work orders, prioritizing, preparing request to purchase spare parts and materials, estimating time required to perform, scheduling activities in the daily program of repairing, tracking the progress of activities and preparing management reports • Providing projects schedules by MS-Project or Primavera • Attending meetings and discussing project details with employers, consultants and stakeholders
