-Analyze LAY, SLD, PFD, UFD and PID Drawing for Preparing Hierarchy Breakdown -Performing Criticality assessment is a preliminary qualitative analysis based on failure effects -Preparing maintenance Planning for each maintainable Functional Location an appropriate maintenance in line with criticality studies results -Creating spare parts (SPL-E) details of each equipment -Using Software computerized maintenance management system (OPERIOM) and EDMS (GEDIOM) is a full document management program

-Work as an MEP Engineer/PIC to managing construction sites and coordinating with consultant. -Plans the execution of all MEP & CIVIL related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups. -Site Additional Work Preparation and send the Quotation -Updating the Drawing depends on site condition -Analyze and resolve issues and problems emerging during the Quality Control activities. -Manage smooth commissioning of the project by Coordinating between the T&C and Electrical team

• Reviewed shop drawings, Builder's works drawings, As-built drawings & Material submittals for complete MEP works • On site coordination Design of MEP Services including Internal Coordination. • Verified complete execution of work orders & quality of workmanship through site inspection. • Ability to detect code violations and to appraise the quality of construction.. •Raising Inspection and PerformingTesting and Commissioning of installed services.

-Prepare technical operating procedures, project proposals, manuals, and reports -Assist with the inspection of materials, specifications and quantities -Check and cross reference drawings and assist in producing as-build drawings for operations -Perform feasibility studies for proposed equipment, systems or processes -During shutdown supporting the Testing & commissioning activities -MEP extension work implementation (like additional panel installation, cable laying, etc...)
