Commissioned multi-axis servo motion systems using Siemens S7-1500T with 99 SINAMICS S210 drives. Designed electronic cam-based synchronized motion for high-speed packaging lines (200 packs/min). Engineered PROFINET based pipe manipulator achieving 4.5m/s axis velocity. Developed PLC programs in Ladder, FBD, SCL, S7-Graph and Worked on SCADA/HMI using WinCC. Experienced in FAT/SAT commissioning, robotic (KUKA) integration and inspection camera-based vision system integrated with Python in VS Code.

Performed functional testing and validation of industrial weighing control panels incorporating load cell signal acquisition and calibration. Tested and verified Allen-Bradley (AB) PLC-based control logic, I/O modules and panel wiring during manufacturing stage. Conducted RFID automation module testing, Executed FAT documentation, sensor signal accuracy verification and quality records supporting manufacturing quality control and deployment readiness.
