-Validation protocol creation -SOP creation & approvals -Setting up Inspection procedures & define acceptance criteria -BOM creation/Updates -Work instructions/Visual aid creation

-Concept design for welding fixture -Layout planning according to new line design -Provide solution in direction to improve productivity, automation and ease of working & maintenance. -Creation of Visual Work Instructions (3-D) -SOP creation for multiple applications -Drawing creation including application of GD&T -Virtual Simulation to explain the working of newly designed assembly line -Analyzing the throughput, tact time & improving the designs based on the productivity & bottlenecks analyzed.
