Providing 24*7 Support to SAP ON DEMAND Products. Part of Managed Hosting Services team. Performing Root Cause Analysis for performance related issues. Responsible for central component (XI, TREX, STUDIO) performance issues. Single of Point of Contact for all performance related issues for operations in India, Brazil and Ireland. Handling all performance related issues on ONDEMAND SAP system.

 Active member in End to End implementation team.  Installation of Dual stack system, all SAP Releases.  Handling Upgrade related issues.  Providing support on post installation activities.  Integrated to Patch management team.
