I am a Senior Consultant and part of the team working on RFPs, new service offerings

Worked with process assurance team to support one of the domain in their process improvement journey. His responsibilities include supporting process assurance for programs.

Working in the Engineering Process Group(EPG) of the Quality Department. My team is responsible for Process Definition in the organization in-line with the ISO 9001:2008 standards & CMMI Quality Model.

As a member of Software Engineering Process Group(SEPG), my work involved gap analysis of the current process at BOSCH Japan with CMMI L3 processes and defining process as per CMMI L3 needs. Also involved in identifying improvement areas through structured brainstorming with the project team, supporting process harmonization between Bosch Chassis system departments in Germany, US and Japan.

My job involved facilitation of process implementation in all off-shore and onsite software projects as per CMMI L5 processes. I was also actively involved in gap analysis of the QMS with CMMI L5 processes and defining process as per CMMI L5 needs, providing independent view of quality to management,handling quality related trainings to the project managers and project teams.

My job involved implementation of CMMI L5 processes in all offshore/onsite projects in a business account and providing visibility to the senior management on the project status. Also was involved in gap analysis with respect to CMMI L5 and provided inputs in closing those gaps. Supported the project teams in adhering to the processes defined and helping them to resolve non-compliance issues, ensuring that defect prevention activities/causal analysis are carried out for the project when required.
