- Currently working as both Senior Fullstack Engineer and Product Manager in the Security Tools (ST) team. - Worked with the GX:Funnel team on the first part of the funnel (education and form submissions) to increase the product-lead growth (PLG). - Worked with the Security Assessment team (SA) on integrating a DAST scanner. - Took the lead in the migration of our microservices from an on-premise infrastructure to AWS and transferring the knowledge to other team members to get ready for SamsungPay launch. - Helped in maintaining and upgrading the team-owned microservices. - Took part in the interviewing and onboarding of new team members. - Was one of the early certified company members as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and currently studying for the “AWS Certified Developer Associate” certification.

- Worked mainly on the backend for the banking platform, with some support for the CMS websites (Locomotive CMS), the banking app (AngularJS and ReactJS), and data crawlers. - Worked on migrating a Ruby monolith to microservices with JSON:API and defined OpenAPI specs using Swagger. - Heavily took care of the 'production support' role where money/customer-related hot issues have to be taken care of on the spot. - Wrote and upgraded Jenkins pipelines for CI. - Wrote Cucumber tests in cooperation with QA.

- Worked on two projects: Crowd Analyzer and Notify.ly. - Restructured and added new crawling modules for services such as Quora, Youtube, and Google+. - Participated in moving some parts of a monolithic application to separate micro-services. - Worked on moving code base and database from a normal Elasticsearch server to AWS ES. - Worked with Kanban development methodology in a test-driven environment. - Technologies involved in: Node.js, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, AngularJS, Amazon SQS, Redis.

- Maintaining and upgrading the biggest news aggregators in Egypt: Akhbarak.net, and creating two new ones: Reyada.com, and DarAlakhbar.com. - This includes updating and adding new functionalities to the aggregation core and the business layer, and upgrading the system as it grows. - Introduced the Agile development methodology a few months before leaving. - Technologies involved in: Ruby on Rails, Solr, Elasticsearch, Redis.

- Game design. - Unity3D (C#) and HTML5 game development. - Web service development (Ruby on Rails). - Redmine administration. - Sound effects. - Product participated in: Tahrir Square Defense, an online tower-defense game simulating the events of Camel Battle during the January 25th revolution. - Worked with the Agile development methodology.

- Developing (Qt/C++) and customizing (C#) RCS-e applications for desktop. The released product was Vireo, a desktop VoIP client. - Quality assurance for mobile version of Vireo. - Setting up IMS core networks and testing applications against them. - Participated in Mobile Asia Congress (MAC 2011) in Hong Kong to conduct an RCS-e product as an exhibitor. - Worked with the Agile development methodology.

- Participated in the development of Symbian (Qt/C++) versions of Ramadani, Tahreer, Maccah, Al-Jazirah, and AlRyiadh.(news applications) - Participated in developing an offline map engine for Dalili (a location-based application). - Participated in architecting and designing system back-end and services, - Cooperated with the designers to put the specs of UI elements and components. - Worked with the Agile development methodology.
