- Participating with a group of engineers throughout all project phases with the following responsibilities. - Provides product and solutions application support and training on products for customers. - Works with engineers, designers and technicians to effectively develop recommendations to resolve problems. - Troubleshoots problems on installed systems and assists with new system start up at customer sites. - Respect quality processes and production requirements during design phase.

- Develop long and short-term strategies and tactics for growth - Recruit, manage and develop personnel to support business growth - Design a full marketing strategy to reach out the targeted audience - Develop brand and messaging to attract and retain customers - Develop and manage budgets for marketing, operations, and technology - Develop and manage supply chains to ensure continuity and maintain margins. - Manage operations to ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers. Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery. Plan and modify products to meet customer needs. Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.

- Installation of electrical equipment. - Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate diagnosing faults. - Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed. - Supervising engineering and technical staff. - Making scheduled checks and reports. - Keeping production managers informed of progress.
