Challenges • Leading a different project as E-Class, C-Class and MG. • Balanced the production line by decreasing the motion and eliminate waste. • Coordinate training for summer trainees. • Create BOM for each Model and upload it to the ERP System. • Coordinate a team for converting a normal car to armored type.
