Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults. . First line support for the users . Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.

. Manage & Handle Barracuda web security. . Manage Kaspersky Antivirus. . Manage, Handle Exchange Server 2016 (Add / Delete Users, Groups /give Permissions). . Manage windows server 2012 AD , File share Server, WDS server. . Handle VMware ESXI 6.0 and manage all VMs installed on it. . Handle ticketing system for all requests, respond in time as per SLAs. . Handle Microsoft Infrastructure/Desktops/Networking troubleshooting's & provide day to day general support.
