I am gaining some experience on Histology working with viruses in cellular level in order to improve my cell culture and imaging skills.
I was investigating the role of X-linked inhibitory apoptosis protein (XIAP) as an E3 ubiquitin ligase in cellular inflammatory response, using CRISPR/Cas9, recombinant protein technology in vitro, cell culture, as well as Immunofluorescence and microscopy. Biosafety level of the laboratory is S2.
