Maike Steggemann

I am responsible for the group's commitee management. Including being an assistant to the board, while also organizing and coordinating tasks related to corporate law and covernance, e.g. the general annual meeting and supervisory board meetings. Secondly I support change management activities. In particular I accompany strategic and systemic organizational development, focussing on empowering teams and divisions.

The InnoLab for Organizational Development explores megatrends and their impact on the future of organizations. With systemic, academically sound, strategic consulting we support companies in reframing and expanding their business models to become ambidextrous and antifragile organizations. At the same time, I am about to finish my dissertation in the field of business economics, especially strategic change management and asynchronous change management.

I coordinated and facilitated marketing activities, mainly online, secondary offline. I ensured a smooth transition from Dutch to German marketing content and activities.

Joint research project on the topic of Social Resilience: Mapping social resilience research - Comprehensive analysis of the concept of resilience (in the social sciences and neighboring fields): Innovative analysis that builds on a bibliometric examination of the literature to identify thematic clusters of the resilience Empirical approach by collecting and analyzing data, to map the social resilience research domain

I supported the intrduction of New Ways of Working as a cultural change program as a municipality. I did so by means of offering consultancy services, collecting data concerning the perception of the change program and I gave advice on future steps.
