I have initiated the development of operations systems and procedures for different departments that are still being used up until now and standardization of forms . I was in-charge of the Finance Department’s entire activities, deliverables and performance. I have also handled the company’s Human Resource, Warehouse and Logistics, IT Department and its Legal. I was directly reporting to the General Manager in the Philippines and to the Zone Director in Hipra Spain.

Developed a work plan or approach for either a simple engagement or parts of a complex engagement, including: scope; engagement flow; staffing and other resource requirements; deliverables (tailored to exceed client expectations); engagement budget; Long-term strategic management planning. Services includes but not limited to: accounts reconciliation, inventory accounting, budgeting, internal auditing and managerial accounting

• Records and documents all accounting transactionn using the MYOB accounting Software. • Provides support to the Commercial and Marketing Department of the company by preparing all relevant reports regarding sales and and expenses related to sales and promotions. • Give support to the teams activities by taking lead in organizing and coordinating the upcoming activities of the team • Preparing Financial reports

I took responsibilities of budgetary control, analysis of a new project and reviewing the same to provide feedback on costing and pricing which helped the organization to gain profit in business. • Performs credit and collection function. Examine and analyze customer’s financial position and payment habits for the purpose of establishing credit terms and limits. • Prepare and analyze financial statements of the company, give feedback on analysis of my reports to the General Manager.

• I have handled accounting books of two enterprises. I took responsibilities of recording to the books of accounts the sales transaction, purchases transaction, payment and collection transaction. These include the journalization and preparation of general ledgers to be used in preparation for the financial statements of the organizations. • I took responsibilities for physical inventory count and inventory reconciliation done on a monthly basis.
