• Spearheaded a Supply Chain Team of 8 executives; managed supply chain with a vendor base of 86 supplying over 8,500 plus SKUs of USD 35 Million annual buy • Systematized the usage of cost accounting systems to keep track of all costs of building products, labour, material, overhead, and variances • Regularly determined the need for material and capacity to address expected demand, executed the resulting plans, and updated planning and financial information to reflect the results of execution

Achieved 100% supplies to internal customer as a customer contact point by judicious production tracking and real-time inventory monitoring against customer requirements.
