Product research and design for SMS communcations platform: *project managment and iteration planning * managing integration of the platform with mobile money providers in Tanzania * development and maintenance of Telerivet agents network, managing agent support through custom-built interface * managing product testing and virtual reporting system

* Agile product development: - planning and coordinating software development processes - training wider group of 35 of Sinapis Fellows in applying agile product development practices - customer acquisition and pricing * Finance: - analyzed investment-worthiness of 15 businesses - negotiated $700,000 in deals with American angel investors
