The primary objective was to supervise Mobile device management and operational support for Android and iOS in MS Endpoint Manager. Managed and deployed configurations, apps, and policies in Endpoint Manager for iOS, Mac (DEP) Android (Zero Touch), and Windows devices. Initiated and supervised migration of automatic enrollment from Hybrid AD device to Intune Endpoint Manager for around 500 users in the office and remote. Deployed Android enterprise device and Android application wrapping from Mobileiron. Maintained High availability for MobileIron on-premise servers during update management and Failover.
