Performing internal and external product audits, tear down audits, result analysis, corrective actions implementation and their effectiveness Responsible for QC of KSK and batch wiring harnesses by customers: Audi (Q7-facelift), Opel (ASTRA D2XX), Mercedes-Benz (C-/E-Class), VW (Touareg), Porsche (Cayenne), Skoda (Skala) Accountable for pre-series, PTR, F&F, APQP, PPAP, 0-Series, aftersales Estimating pre-series orders, creating documentation and updating customer database

Responsible for detailed production planning on KSK projects Audi (Q7), and Opel (Astra D2XX) Creating order lists according to the customer orders, forming lots with orders according to production lines output, balancing lots and lines according to the harness difficulty level Creating shipping following letters for internal document management and for customs Generating of regular detailed production reports and sharing with top-management
