Manage customer satisfaction and loyalty development for Turkey and Central Asia • Execute Customer Loyalty Program, visited key customers and initiated improvement • Maximize continuous improvement projects in front office organization • Lead “Customer Experienced Lead Time” project • Develop quality management systems for the distribution center and after-sales organization • Evaluate and check warranty, expert analyze, offer safety alert and recall processes

Reports to Supply Chain Performance Director; manage lean systems for Cigli Plant and Samandira Distribution Center • Accelerate deployment and improvement of Schneider Production System (SPS) • Participate in SPS audits regularly for plants and distribution centers • Boost the labour efficiency targets (%7 annually) - Coordinate all 6 Sigma and Kaizens in order to achieve Labour efficiency

Report to the Engineering Manager • Initiate material efficiency projects with R&D and purchasing • Formulate the purchasing prices comparing with global material prices. Calculate the material efficiency % by using global software of Schneider Electric. • Liaise with purchasing department for negotiations, changing suppliers and similar actions and also with R&D to increase the cost reduction design projects. • Sustain the material and energy efficiency targets

Report to the Engineering Manager • Responsible for new line investments and layout projects • Determine BOM and Routes for new products in SAP • Responsible for time and method Studies as well as packaging • Deliver Kaizens and lean studies according to SPS

Report to the Plant Manager and Quality Director; manage 48 team member in quality department • Sustain quality assurance for all retail customers i.e. Lev’s , Tommy Hilfiger etc • Ensure the quality of subcontractors • Assess effectively continuous improvement projects • Prepare internal and corporate quality documentation and report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing trends for failed processes, stability studies, recalls, and corrective actions
