Summary: 3 years of CTO position, 3 years as an Architect, more than 9 years of Project Manager/ Team/Tech Lead experience, and in general, more than 19 years in IT and Web/Mobile development as a developer. But, my skills can not be defined in only one main field. I have extensive knowledge in many different areas such as management, marketing, programming, design and I am not bounded by IT field only. Applying programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, JavaScript, and looking through many others (Ruby, Kotlin, Swift, Go) I lead to approaches and solutions in order to execute and succeed in a current task. I would also say I am an excellent mediator and a great team builder. Thinly feeling situations and moods, I draw fast conclusions and act efficiently regarding to them. I am used and comfortable with hiring and helping people develop themselves. I have a great aptitude to listen, to guide and to see in them the potential value they could bring and let grow.
