Developing enhancements and extensions for Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution for SAP

• Supporting company’s clients with their ongoing projects • Implementing and documenting the changes according the client’s requirements • Supporting and implementing changes to the company’s own products

• Resolving incidents and change requests • Interaction with business clients to determine requirements • Analyzing the code to meet the user expectations and for the possible improvements • Implement the changes to the code based on the analysis • Document the changes for the later references

• Resolving incidents and change requests, acting as 3rd level support for SAP applications, platform development • Implement changes to the code, BAdi, enhancements, user-exits • Modify existing printforms and creating new according to user's needs • Supporting old developments • Interaction with business clients to determine requirements • Preparing the documentation for system design, functional specifications, programming specifications and other related documents

Involved in the successful full-cycle SAP ERP implementing for 4 subsidiaries of Metinvest Holding and after that rollout for 2 more subsidiaries. Create ABAP development according to functional specifications and documentation standards, create technical specification document and collaborate with functional and technical team through all development lifecycle from creation to documentation and testing. Support ABAP programs with client request.
