Analyze, develop and customize new functionalities in SAP modules. Responsible for first and second level support for our customers. Troubleshooting in case of problems and complains, or bugs in configuration, products developing, system monitoring and administrating and night activities for planned changes or applying support patches in the system. Building SQL queries in order to apply mass changes in the database. Very good analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Responsible for writing computer programs and developing software applications for desktop and mobile devices. Also mainly focused on designing web pages for different companies based on customer requests. Analyzing the needs of clients and then designing a system to meet those needs or suggest ideas to improve what they have in mind. Writing technical documentation for systems developed.
