• Drive and manage all month-end closing for 6 foreign subsidiaries under national GAAP /IFRS (ES, FR, NL, SE, UK, US) • Financial planning with local management • Reporting on actual versus budgeted results • Preparing cash flow projections and cash flow management • Inter-company invoicing • Generating yearly and long term budget planning including cash flow forecast • Preparing of annual financial reports

Budgeting and Budget Control of 2 EU projects (Interreg IVB) • Annual reporting for the EU and municipal authorities in Aarhus • Bookeeping • Financial Accounting • Daily contact with the auditors • Compliance of Public Procurement rules • Travel planning and travel booking • Time registration according to the current EU requirements • Payroll • Planning and execution of EU-partner meetings

• Budgeting and budget management of the internal accounting of the Institute • Budget Management for external grants, hereby EU grants • Preparation of quarterly and annual accounting • Maintenance of Fixed Assets • Implementation of cost control • Financial registration of grants

• Vendor payment • Administration of travel expenses • Cash balance • VAT payment • Responsible for completing supplier contracts
