Managing Sales Projects within one Customer Group in Germany, France, Poland, Belgium, Spain, US; Managing all sales activities between customers, design center and production plant in Europe from RFQ to SOP; Monitoring of profitability of the productivity proposals; SAP Key User (VD, SD, MM, MMS etc).

Responsible for the logistic team in crisis situation, analysis of customers requirements and optimisation of production plan, transport costs and maintaining correct inventory level.

Implementation of Kanban, Sales and Operations Plan (PIC), Master Scheduling Plan (PDP), Reduction of MPM, Container Management, Small train, Pool stock, Shop stock; Optimisation of the existing Supply Chain, Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA).

Responsible for a logistic team up to 12 employees, management of customer call offs, launch of new products and supply chain strategies. Successfully implemented Sales and Operations Plan (PIC) and Master Scheduling Plan (PDP), Budget planning and monitoring of plant logistic indicators, Stock reduction, MPM Implementation, Packaging and Transport optimisation.

Successfully launched a new Production Plant of Seat Frames, Implementation of a PPS system (Mac Pac), Analysis and Management of Customer demands, Production planning, Deliveries and stock coordination, MPM analysis, Transport optimisation, Logistic contracts, Sales forecast.
