Digitalization project (customer management): Development of a CRM tool based on VBA programming, taking into account requirements analysis and integration planning.

Grade: 1.0 Thesis: Conceptualisation and digitalisation of a diagnosis chain for the quality assurance and enhancement of a new generation pneumatic solenoid valve. The digitization of entire production line for next-generation pneumatic solenoid valves, accompanied by the development of a diagnostic circuit, aiming for quality assurance and improvement through real-time KPIs and conducting of "Root-Cause" analysis.

Enhancement of trailer module prototype production through digitalization, encompassing the entire process until the commencement of series production. Development and implementation of CAD-based fixtures and establishment of a comprehensive fixture database management system.

Development of various Computer-Aided Design (CAD) fixtures for facilitating assembly processes during the prototyping phase, as well as for conducting Root cause analysis to ensure quality assurance and drive improvement.

Provided assistance in the assembly of mobile robots, alongside contributions to the construction department. Proficiently fabricated wooden fixtures, executed CNC operations and adeptly handle wiring tasks.

Assistance in Manufacturing of the A-, E- and C-Class as well as the AMG variants at eight different stations.
