I provided third level functional support on Kondor+ (focused on K+ 3.0 and K+ 2.6). I was one of the Reuters’ global experts on financial applications, and was involved in the solution of many complex issues (financial quantitative issues, forex position issues, application functionalities). During this period, I was also involved in the training of more junior staff and acted as mentor to these people.

I provided second and first level functional expertise for Risk Management Software (Kondor+) to our UKI clients. I worked with the London trade & risk management support team. I was the one of the two key support contacts for UKI. I had regular visits to client sites; I gave training and presentations of our product to clients. Where necessary I would also raise client issues to our development center and I worked with that centre to resolve client issues.

In the international support team, I provided functional support with a high level of expertise in Finance on Risk Management Software (Kondor+). My role was to provide expertise to 2nd level Support, salesmen and risk consultants all around the world. I had to work closely with Reuter’s teams worldwide to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues. Where required, I would visit the customer (for example, Germany and Taiwan) to resolve the client’s issues and to help local teams.

ONIC is a French public office linked to the agricultural ministry. The office manages EU agricultural policy fund. I was testing and validating new application software dedicated to managing and pays claims made by French farmers.

Working for a subsidiary bank of a major French insurance company (Bank AGF from Allianz group), I was internal client service specialist. For a new mixed insurance-credit product. – I provided support and product information to financial advisers who were selling this product.

Function: Rate risk managing and statistical studies (calculation, sampling). Main tools: simulation assessment software and SAS.

Completion of written work and studies during the course of many seminars in econometrics, statistics on financial models, asset-liability and management, industrial risk management, etc.

Master memoirs in the following domains: Econometrics ("The decisive courses of action"), in time series ("Analysis of time series."), in Data analysis ("market study of a vinyl copy to CD) and in computer science ("Library music” using Microsoft Access).
