I was working as consultant at Ericsson on CBiO project for Ooredoo company and I was responsible of maintaining and monitoring the performance, integrity and security of the databases (oracle 11g), RAC with ASM on Solaris operating system.

I was working as consultant at Ericsson on CBiO project for Zain company and I was responsible of maintaining and monitoring the performance, integrity and security of the databases (oracle 11g), RAC with ASM on Solaris operating system.E

1- Billing Department (BSCS, Moneta, Nikira, Netprov ,… ) : Perform database tuning and performance monitoring especially for BSCS db. Generate BSCS dump via DBEXTRACT tool. 2- IN Department (UTSDB, INCMD, VOMS, …): Perform database tuning and performance monitoring especially for CMD. Loading voucher. 3-Application Department (VAS, BIB, PORTAL, …) Perform database tuning and performance monitoring especially for VAS.

I was responsible for all development issues of Prepaid Management System database. My development responsibilities were: 1- Writing & Tuning SQL queries. 2- Writing Procedures, Functions, Triggers, packages. 3- Designing Report using Oracle Report Builder.
