Master Thesis in Prototype Design Engineering Development of an Application Tool for designers to evaluate the potential of 3D printing

- Provide support for Product Development in Test Instrumentation Design for Gas Turbines - Maintenance and extension of Design Manual of Instrumentation - Drafting/ Assembly in NX 12 Siemens

- Provided complete Instrumentation Solutions for Rolls-Royce, Deutschland (RRD) aero engines (BR700 NG engines) from concept generation to dispatch of design report.

Master thesis : Parametric Modelling and Structural Analysis of Augmented Rail-gun The project dealt with Parametric Modelling and Non-Linear Structural Analysis in Ansys Classic (APDL) of rail-gun system and determining the stresses, deflections and relative contact pressures.

Bachelor Thesis : Developed press tools for Circuit Breaker This project dealt with the calculation of a series of press tools (punch and die combination) which was necessary for the manufacturing of Crosspieces in Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) by using AutoCAD.

Kaizen : 2-Lever Cover plate loading mechanism The project focused on low-cost automation with the objective of eliminating fatigue to the operator caused due to unremitting loading of cover plate by basic pneumatic circuits.
