Responsible for modernization (refactoring and redesign) of an individual ERP-System. During this modernization the application has to be useable at every time, because it is a living system with permanent implementation of change requests and new functions. One one hand I have to plan, document and monitor the actual implementations, on the other hand I have to plan, document and monitor the modernization, which means create or find Software-Tools which helps us with the modernization.

Responsible to build up a new way for Validating Hard- and Software in a GMP-related field. Especially for our software-products which are medical device. Participating in the risk-team which is responsible to check patient risks for all software-changes. Participating in the release-circle which is responsible to control the release-process. I am furthermore product owner of our internal management system.

Responsible to build up a new department for Software-Specification, defining the way how to specify software for developer and tester and to build up a complete Functional Requirement Specification for the main-product. Includes the adaption of the internal management system to fulfill requirements for ISO90001 and ISO 13485. Later on I was also the product owner for this software.
