Own the requirements-to-delivery pipeline for engine and exhaust control: make sure what the project needs reaches development, and what comes back meets plan and quality. Coordinate Design/Development, Calibration, Testing and Validation, Controls Managers, Quality and the issuecreation team, catching blockers early and resolving them fast. Run technical synthesis meetings (requirement reviews per component) and agree on a plan that actually fits the timeline.

Owned end-to-end delivery of the Base Torque Path function across approximately 80 software components on multiple vehicle programmes. Led a team of 7 engineers, assigning software components and coordinating development activities against programme milestones. Analysed and resolved software issues found during HiL and vehicle testing through software modifications, keeping deliveries on schedule.

Led PI and Sprint planning, aligning with stakeholder requirements. Facilitated cross-team coordination for improved project collaboration. Performed model-based software development. Developed HiL test use cases and validated control strategies. Tested and validated softwares and software components, supporting developers. Supported MiL development and debugged MiL platforms for multiple EV and Fuel Cell programs.

Developed model-based systems for Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles. Conducted MiL testing and simulations to validate models. Performed software integration for seamless system functionality.

Developed a product concept for the Electric Bike (EV) industry. Researched battery and motor sizing for optimal performance. Collaborated with BPW Berlin to create a start-up business plan.

Developed a thermal and torque model of an electrical motor of an electric powertrain to predict rotor and stator temperature. Developed complete algorithms for the electrical, torque and thermal models. Ran tests and simulations on BEV to obtain data-set and measurements. Ran data analysis using MATLAB, MATLAB Script, Pyhton and MYSQL.

Production planning and managing orders from suppliers for raw material. Worked cross funtionally with design team to finalize models.
