Setting up new Reporting process, ensuring adherence to SLA KPIs & tracking OLA KPIs. Capacity forecasting & team management. Test manager for 3 modules & having 34 direct reportee's. Risk identification & creation of Mitigation plans. Identifying & Implementing Test Data Management Process

Involved in all tasks relevant to a Test Cycle - Demand Analysis, Demand Acceptance, Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution & Defect Management. In-charge of all Quality Assurance & Capacity Planning activities of the team. Reporting of day to day activities, progress & escalations of risks to the Test Managers at Offshore & Onshore. Devising Risk Mitigation plans. Instrumental in identifying & implementing a client specific Test Data Management Tool resulting in saving of almost 400hrs per release

Working on the Project which involving Database Testing using Oracle 11g, UI Testing and OBIEE Reports testing.
