Analog design of LVDS receiver Technology : X-FAB 0.18μm CMOS XH018 • Design of M-LVDS type 2 receiver as per industry standards TIA/EIA-899 and CAN protocols. • Parallel p-channel and n-channel input stage to obtain Input Common-Mode Range (ICMR) above and below rails. • Verification with directed test runs over sweeps, corners and monte carlo analysis. Software used: Cadence Virtuoso, SKILL Scripting.
Analog design of dual slope ADC • Performs 1000 samples/sec with max resolution of 11 bits. • Design with multiplexer, buffer, integrator and comparator. • Analysis and Documentation based on offset, gain errors, DNL and effects based on transient noise and temperature. Software used: Cadence Virtuoso, Matlab.
Recognising MEMS images toward automatic model processing • Analytical design of MEMS components, dimension design of a threshold accelerometer, sensors. • Design and behaviour modelling of electrostatic transducers • Recognizing and calculating working parameters of MEMS accelerometer structures. Software used: Matlab-DIP, Matlab-Simulink and VHDL-AMS.
•Automation using Shell Script Cron jobs, text processing commands using C shells. •Knowledge in developing Data Migration apps from Legacy systems to DB2 system using OSH scripts. •Involved in all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). •Tools and Software: Perl scripting, C, C++, Unix, ETL
