Worked on POCs using MuleSoft ESB for data orchestration to deliver synchronize data flow between various platform like MDM, AWS, Salesforce through MuleSoft Integration.

Worked with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze requirements for point-to-point integration of Salesforce, Service Now, BMC Remedy applications with SupportSoft product. Involved in Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective meetings. Coordinated with the Product Owner/Stakeholders for creation of the prioritized product backlog. Managed functional, non-functional testing, integration testing activities, assisted and coordinated with customers in UAT.
