Manager in-house product development lifecycles & defining product scope & roadmap Projects: SaaS Product, Incubator Lab, Digital Transformation Product management for medium to high-volume software development with AGILE & SCRUM methodology Actively working with the Product Owner and stakeholders to monitor and prioritise product backlog on an ongoing basis to meet release timelines and values to the business Preparing detailed User Stories including conditions of satisfaction and acceptance criteria

The responsibilities include: Support of strategy projects (decision preparation, implementation planning) Support in gathering, analyzing and documenting information for risk analysis Support the preparation of corporate presentations

Product Management: Telenor, Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited, Pakistan Tobacco Company, and PepsiCo Actively engage with every phase from ideation to product launch Translate strategy into projects and drive project execution Monitor post-launch evaluation: compare actual results to expected results and provide insights to drive ongoing optimization Aggregate various all data points and periodically share dashboards and insights Conduct in brainstorming sessions that defining the product vision

Analyse user, market, business data to assess problem areas and identify opportunities for technology to help drive revenue, margin, cost savings, engagement or user efficiency Experience all facets of Product Management and gain exposure to products implemented on a local basis Gather and prioritizes product features that drive incremental value
