As the Head of Strategic & Market Intelligence services, I am responsible for project management and quality control across engagements. Work closely with the clients to understand their business needs and outline areas where market intelligence can play a role.

Prepare presentations for monthly demand-supply meetings, S&OP planning meetings, and leadership meetings. Prepare various operational reports such as sales and product mix reports for the consumption of leadership. Collaborate extensively with the internal and external stakeholders to obtain real time market insights and share the key findings with the leadership.

Provide customized research and intelligence solutions to global procurement teams, which help them reduce costs, aid in taking procurement-related decisions, and optimize risk across supply chain Work with procurement heads and category managers on engagements such as cost models, price forecasting, supplier identification and capability assessment, and supplier risk and financial health assessment among others

Execute strategic assignments for the US and European FMCG/CPG clients and develop recommendations Work on engagements such as benchmarking, market research/survey, market entry strategy, market size estimation, etc. Manage multiple projects end-to-end which includes developing engagement approach and research framework, update clients and other stakeholders, ensure timely delivery of client deliverables, and present study findings to clients
