Responsible for keeping the records of promotions, sales and policies related to interactions and payment. Carried out a study of customers' needs, purchases, sales values, credit and cash payment to apply marketing campaigns. Developed a new and modern business image in order to improve the sales.

Projects in Mapfre, Reale (Madrid, Spain) and Santander Consumer Bank (Mönchengladbach, Germany). Designed and improved processes map by requirement gathering; homogenized processes, software and operational systems. Managed successfully the implementation and integration of the processes. Developed internal control audit in compliance with European Solvency II Directive Regulation, reducing insolvency risk. Supported the implementation of a new knowledgebase and the integration of another company.

Designed the map and configuration of security devices and appliances for the majority of the stations in the improvement of the security systems of the subway company Metro de Madrid. Carried out the optimization and compliance of the project planning (dates estimation, requirements analysis and costs). Administrated and managed a group of 12 technicians, installing security equipment for the 90 new stations and adapting and improving the systems of the old stations, to meet the new standards of Metro.

Supported the management and the realization of reports in European projects. Developed several web applications using ASP language. Managed and maintained the department website. Managed and used the Oracle databases of the department.
